Manpower are currently recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Intake Supervisor to join a well-established business on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with warehouse supervisory experience looking to take the next step in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Location
- Site location requires own or reliable transport
Shift Pattern
- Monday - Friday: 6am - 2pm
- 1 in 4 Saturdays: 6am until finish (typically around 10am)
Pay Rate
- £14.10 per hour
- Saturday rate: £17.63 per hour
Key Responsibilities
- Supervising the warehouse intake operation
- Managing goods in/goods out processes and stock control
- Leading and supporting a small warehouse team
- Operating a counterbalance forklift as required
- Ensuring the warehouse is organised and health andamp; safety standards are maintained
What We''re Looking For
Experience
- Previous warehouse experience, including goods in/goods out and stock management
- Previous experience supervising or leading a small warehouse team is preferred
- Experience within the fish industry is beneficial but not essential
Skills andamp; Qualifications
- Valid Counterbalance FLT licence is essential
- Strong organisational and stock management skills
- Ability to lead a team and prioritise workloads effectively
- Comfortable working in a busy warehouse environment
- Reliable, proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team
