My client a multi-national Aerospace andamp; Defence organisation are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to be based out of their New Malden site.
🧑💻 What you''ll be doing:
-Applying experience to take a support role in the design, implementation andamp; testing of the Submarine Command System teams system solutions.
-Guiding and mentoring other Software Engineers in their efforts throughout the lifecycle.
-Assisting the management team with reporting, planning, and estimation activities.
-Meeting the teams customers and end users, as required, to enable development of the teams Programme(s) and the continued evolution of the product as required.
👩💻 Skills and Experiences:
-An Engineer with varied Software engineering language experience, having demonstrated their ability across several development projects to design and deliver robust solutions in large multi-layered, distributed systems.
-Experience taking support strategies in a software development role.
-A good understanding of all aspects of a software lifecycle and good knowledge of software lifecycle models (e.g. waterfall, Agile)
