Production Operator

Hours of Work
Monday to Thursday: 8:30am - 4:45pm
Friday: 8:00am - 3:00pm
We are currently recruiting for a Production Operator to join a busy and established operation in Smethwick. This is a hands-on role focused on product preparation, order fulfilment, stock control and general warehouse duties.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring customer orders are prepared accurately and efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality, housekeeping and health andamp; safety. Occasional driving duties may be required to support customer deliveries, so a full UK driving licence is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Mixing products to specified formulas and customer requirements.
- Picking, packing and preparing orders for dispatch.
- Labelling products and carrying out quality checks.
- Monitoring and managing stock levels.
- Loading and unloading goods safely.
- Completing paperwork accurately and maintaining records.
- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment.
- Supporting occasional customer deliveries when required.
- Due to the environment you will be required to wear a Air Fed Mask upto 7 hours per day
What We''re Looking For
- Full UK Driving Licence (essential).
- Previous experience within production, manufacturing, warehouse or logistics environments.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable with manual handling and lifting duties.
- Forklift licence desirable but not essential.
