Production Operative / FLT Driver

Location: Appley Bridge, Wigan

Pay Rate: £16.22 per hour plus weekly attendance bonus of £36.65

Hours: Rotating Shifts, Monday to Friday

Contract: Ongoing Temporary Assignment

Manpower is currently recruiting Production Operatives with a valid Counterbalance FLT licence for a leading manufacturer based in Appley Bridge, Wigan.

Shift Pattern

Rotating weekly shifts:

• 06:00 - 14:00
• 14:00 - 22:00
• 22:00 - 06:00

The Role

As a Production Operative, you will be responsible for:

• Operating production machinery
• Supporting various stages of the manufacturing process
• Maintaining quality and safety standards
• Ensuring production targets are met
• Carrying out Counterbalance FLT duties as required (approximately 10% of the role)

What We''re Looking For

• Previous production or manufacturing experience
• Valid Counterbalance FLT licence
• Reliable with excellent attendance and timekeeping
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts
• An up-to-date CV demonstrating relevant experience
