Yard Person with FLT Licence and Driving Licence
Location: Castleford, West Yorkshire, WF10
Contract Type: Long-Term Ongoing (Temp to Perm)
Manpower is currently recruiting for an experienced Yard Person / Counterbalance FLT Licence (ideally double handler) to join our client''s team in Castleford, West Yorkshire. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for stable, long-term work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Loading andamp; Unloading (60%): Safely and efficiently load/unload pallets from trucks.
- Yard Duties: Maintain yard organisation and assist with shunting vehicles or trailers as required.
- Manual Handling andamp; Warehouse Work: Support general warehouse operations and ensure smooth day-to-day running.
- Stock Movement: Operate a counterbalance forklift to move stock within the yard and warehouse.
Shift Pattern:
- 4 on / 4 off
- Hours on days: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Overtime: Available on additional shifts, with higher pay after 45 hours per week
Pay Rate:
- Weekly pay £604.77 on days
- OT paid at £15.57 ph

Requirements:
- Valid Counterbalance FLT Licence
